Originally founded by Prue Leith in 1972 Leith’s is now part of Compass Group.
Leith’s specialise in providing conference and banqueting, hospitality and food
services to cultural, arts and exhibition locations throughout the country. These

The Royal Albert Hall, Hatfield House, Earl’s Court Olympia, The British Library
and Stirling Castle.
